  • managing the stocks in term of availability verity and properly displayed
  • managing the controls system within the outlet to minimize any stocks / cash pilferage

Responsibilities :

  • Strategize, execute and monitor A&P and communications initiatives for mobile convenience store project.
  • Identify and present branding and business development opportunities with partner organizations.
  • Source advertising opportunities and place advertisements in relevant media.
  • Act as main contact person for mobile convenience store project.
  • Supporting Marketing Manager in retail A&P and communications.

  • Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of fit-out works, planning & organizing site activities, scheduling and controlling on progress of work within the budget
  • Coordinate and monitor contractor's progress and to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures within the timeline
  • to liaise and coordinate work flow closely between the Landlords, subcontractors, consultants, projects and other departments
  • Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction sites
  • Conduct shop hand-overs, vacant possessions and routine inspections
  • To report overall project on site to supervisor
